DES:djk 06/02/95 (130/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 6/12/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12492 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> HAZARD ELIMINATION SAFETY PROJECT II VETERANS <br /> BOULEVARD/WALNUT STREET, CHARTER STREET/MIDDLEFIELD <br /> ROAD TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATION; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Hazard Elimination <br />Safety Project II Veterans Boulevard/Walnut Street, Charter <br />Street/Middlefield Road Traffic Signal Modification, Redwood <br />City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br />for the Hazard Elimination Safety Project II - Veterans/Walnut - <br />Charter/Middlefield - Traffic Signal Modification - City of <br />Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of <br />Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
