Mangini <br /> Golden Gate Railroad Museum <br /> PO Box 3315 <br /> Redwood City, CA 94064 <br /> <br /> Dear Mr. Mangini, <br /> <br /> The City Council on XXXX, 1995, has authorized me to issue this letter <br /> permitting the Golden Gate Railroad Museum to conduct the display of <br /> locomotive #2472 and several vintage railroad cars in Redwood City, subject to <br /> and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein (Resolution XXXXX). <br /> <br /> The permission is granted to Golden Gate Railroad Museum, hereinafter called <br /> "Permittee", by the City of Redwood City, hereinafter called "City". This letter <br /> permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. EVENT: The event shall be sponsored by and conducted by the Permittee. <br /> <br />2. REVOCATION: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by <br /> the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. NON-TRANSFERABILITY: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />4. EVENT CONTROL: Those portions of the event taking place in the public <br /> right-of-way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited to that area <br /> designated by the Chief of Police. If the Chief of Police determines that the <br /> provision of police officers is required for the control of traffic in connection <br /> with said event, permittee agrees to reimburse the City for the costs of the <br /> officers. <br /> <br />5. LOCATION: The event shall take place on Chestnut Street, between <br /> Broadway and Veteran's Blvd. (Refer to attached map) <br /> <br />6. DATES AND TIMES: The train will arrive on Friday evening, June 30, 1995. <br /> It will be removed early Wednesday morning, July 5, 1995. The display will <br /> be open during daylight hours on July 1, 2, 3, and 4, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />
