EIN: 26-3544326 <br /> <br />It is agreed that the following derelict vessels will be removed for Redwood City by Enterprise <br />Marine Company Inc. These vessels are identified as three abandoned boats, located 700 feet in <br />the West Point Slough. These vessels will be removed for the amount of $18,000.00. The <br />following illustrates the break down of costs: <br /> <br />I. Steel life boat wI structure (partially submerged)......... $7.000.00 <br />2. Steel boat (partially submerged)... ...... ................ .... $7,000.00 <br />3. Ketch sailboat (grounded/damaged)... .... ... .-... .. ......... $4,000.00 <br /> <br />It is further agreed that time is of the essence in regards to the removal of said derelict <br />vessels. It is our intention to remove these vessels in a timely and efficient manner. <br />However. it should be mutually understood that certain factors could delay progress; some <br />examples include, weather/tides conditions and availability of local resources. <br /> <br />We would like to thank YlHl for choosing Enterprise Marine Company Inc.
