<br />(~ <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Red-yvood City, that whereas, <br />C. DRATHMAN, the Buildi.ng Inspector of the said City of Redwood City, <br />------ <br />did as required by Ordinance No. 303, post a notice to abate nuisance <br /> <br />upon the hereinafter described real property and did send a copy of <br /> <br />said notice so posted by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the <br /> <br />ovmers of said hereinafter described real property, as said O1J\mer is <br /> <br />listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS in and by said notice to abate nuisance said Building <br /> <br />Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday the 6th day of <br /> <br />October, 1930, at the ho"ur of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of said day B.t the Council <br /> <br />Chamber in the City Hall of said City of Redwood City, as the time and <br />place when the o"\.h1.er of the building situated upon said hereinafter <br /> <br />described real property could appear and be heard and show cause why <br /> <br />said building should not be condemned as a public nuisance and abated <br /> <br />by re-constructing or properly repairing said building or by razing or <br /> <br />re-moving the same; and <br /> <br />WHEHEAS, SAid time of hc)e.ri~1g was regularly continl1erJ by this <br />Council from the J"tn. day 6q;,~cmp<t~ 1930, at the hour of S:OO 0' clock <br />P.M. until Monday the _~J!l day of October, 1930, at the hour of 7:30 <br />o'clock P.M.; and <br /> <br />WHEF1EAS, "6"aid Council did proceed wi th said. hearing and no <br /> <br />objections or repre~3entations being made by theoiNner of the building <br /> <br />situated upon the hereinafter described real property, and said Council <br /> <br />having heard the testimony of the Building Inspector in relation to the <br /> <br />condition of the building or structure now situated upon said herein- <br /> <br />after described real property. <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and said Councll does hereby declare the building or structure <br /> <br />situated upon the hereinafter described real property to be a public <br /> <br />nuisance and does hereby direct the ovmer to abate said n1..lisance wi thin <br /> <br />thirty (30) days from the passage of this resollltion, by having said <br />
