DES:dj'' 05/10/95 (117/39) <br /> DES:d__ 05/31/95R <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12485 6/5/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR HAWES <br /> PARK SOFTBALL STADIUM PROJECT <br /> <br /> (WINGES ARCHITECTURE & PLANNING) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to remodel the <br />Softball Stadium at Hawes Park in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />architectural design services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Winges Architecture & Planning of Burlingame, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br />required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Architectural <br />design services Hawes Park Softball Stadium Project" (form <br />dated 05/31/95R), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Winges <br />Architecture & Planning of Burlingame, California, for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
