DES:djk 05/05/95 (055/34) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 5/22/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12477 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (ARTS AND WINE FESTIVAL - "THE CLIMATE BEST FEST") <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to the Optimist Club of <br />Redwood City for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br />connection with the Arts and Wine Festival - "The Climate Best <br />Fest" to be held on September 16 and September 17, 1995, in the <br />form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the <br />public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted pursuant <br />to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby <br />authorized and directed to issue said permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
