DES:dj~ 05/08/95 (088/37) <br /> <br />~ 0 R I G I N A L 5/22/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12476 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE SLURRY <br /> SEAL PROJECT 1995; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Slurry Seal Project <br /> 1995, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br /> reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> for the Slurry Seal Project 1995 City of Redwood City, <br /> California", prepared by the Department of Community Development, <br /> Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are on file in <br /> the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
