DES:dj'- 05/08/95 (089/37) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 5/22/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12475 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE ASPHALT <br /> RUBBER CHIP SEAL PROJECT 1995; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal <br />Project 1995, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, <br />and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br />for the Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal Project 1995 - City of Redwood <br />City, California", prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
