FXS:df~ ~/17/95 (006/40) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 5/22/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12471 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LABOR <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> (LABOR CONNECTION) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement dated entitled, <br />"Labor Agreement", by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Labor <br />Connection, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto, marked <br />Exhibit "A" and by this reference incorporated herein, providing <br />for the procurement of temporary construction workers, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit <br />"A" and/or such other appropriate documents to effectuate the <br />purpose of said agreement (in form approved by the City <br />Attorney). <br /> <br /> <br />
