DES:djk n5/08/95 (112/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 5/15/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12460 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES RELATING TO <br /> STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND DISCHARGE CONTROL PROGRAM <br /> <br /> (BRIAN KANGAS FOULK) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to develop a <br />financial program for implementation of the City's Stormwater <br />Management and Discharge Control Program in compliance with the <br />City's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System ("NPDES") <br />Permit (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brian Kangas Foulk of Redwood City, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Consulting Services - Stormwater Management and Discharge Control <br />Program" (form dated 05/08/95), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />and Brian Kangas Foulk of Redwood City, California, for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br /> <br />
