<br />~.-_. <br /> <br />.1 <br /> <br />7A <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Since 2006, SFPUC has met to coordinate their proposed project with jurisdictions that <br />will be affected by the proposed construction. Those jurisdictions include Redwood <br />City, four other cities, two counties, and four school districts. This effort results in a <br />Memorandum of Agreement. (MOA) proposed between SFPUC and each local <br />jurisdiction.' The' MoAs addresS' construCtion ooordinatiC,n and comniunications, 'liability, ' <br />permit requirements, and SFPUC restoration work subsequent to construction. <br /> <br />The Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for SFPUC's project has been reviewed by <br />Redwood City and is expected to be certified in July of 2009. The MOAs will be <br />finalized shortly after the EIR is certified and will be submitted for Council's <br />consideration later this summer. <br /> <br />Staff has invited SFPUC's project team led by Joseph L. Ortiz, Project Manager, to <br />provide an overview of the WISP and the Bay Division Pipeline No.5 project to City <br />Council and residents of Redwood City.
