La Cienega Blvd., Los Angeles, CA <br />90035, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", mutually agree to amend the existing <br />Agreement entered into on March 14,2002 as follows: <br /> <br />1'. Item #1 The City and the Contractor agree to extend the term of this <br />Agreement for the 2009..2010 fiscal year beginning July i. 2009 <br />through June 30, 2010. ' <br /> <br />2. Item #17 The City agrees to pay Contractor for services rendered pursuant to <br />the Agreement the sum of Fourteen Dollars and Thirty-One Cents, <br />($14.31) .per hour of guard service provided. It is understood that <br />the cost of providing Thirteen-Thousand, Three-Hundred.nd Forty- <br />Seven (13,347) hours of service shall not exceed One Hundred <br />Ninety Thousand. Nine-Hundred and Ninety-Six Dollars <br />($190,996.00). <br /> <br />3.
