EXH~B'rT "A" <br /> <br /> PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF THE LANDS OF DUSS~ <br /> TO THE OAK KNOLL SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br /> The Parcel to be annexed is described as follows: <br /> <br /> Portion of Lot 1 in Block 24 as shown on that certain map entitled <br /> "OAK KNOLL MANOR, REDWOOD CITY, SAN MATEO CO., CAL." filed in the <br /> office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on May 10, 1916 <br /> in Book 10 of Maps at pages 4 to 11 inclusive, more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point being the Northwesterly corner of that certain <br />parcel of land conveyed by Anton Tobias and wife, to Frank Vogel, <br />"by Deed dated August 30, 1927 and recorded September 1, 1927 in <br />Book 311 of Official Records at page 391, Records of San Mateo <br />County, said corner also being on the Easterly line of Upland Road, <br />distant thereon 94.28 feet on the arc of a curve to the left, <br />having a radius of 93.10 feet and 231.65 feet on the arc of a curve <br />to the right, having a radius of 553.14 feet from the intersection <br />of the line dividing Lots i and 2 in Block 24 with the said <br />Easterly line of Upland Road, as said Road, lots and block appear <br />on the map above mentioned; said point also being a point in the <br />boundary of the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District as established <br />by Resolution No. 55668 passed and adopted on December 3, 1991; <br />Thence from said Point of Beginning continuing along said district <br />boundaries northeasterly continuing along the last mentioned curve, <br />having a radius of 553.14 feet a distance of 20 feet, Thence on the <br />arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 63.14 feet, a <br />distance of 92.23 feet; Thence tangent to the said curve South <br />74°44' East 60.34 feet; Thence leaving said Easterly line of <br />Upland Road and running along the Westerly and Northwesterly line <br />of Hillcrest Drive on the arc of a curve to the right having a <br />radius of 25 feet, a distance of 52.82 feet; Thence tangent to said <br />curve, South 46°19' West 60.37 feet to the Northeasterly corner of <br />the above mentioned parcel conveyed to Vogel; Thence leaving the <br />Northwesterly line of Hillcrest Drive and running along the <br />Northerly boundary of said parcel conveyed to Vogel North 68°03'30'' <br />West 115.76 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br /> <br /> Rev.4/95 <br /> <br /> <br />
