Proof thereof shall be submitted to City prior to the <br />commencement of any improvement referenced in Exhibits A and B. <br /> <br /> 22. GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Contractor will keep fully <br />informed of federal, state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in any <br />manner affect those employed by Contractor, or in any way affect the Project by <br />Contractor. <br /> <br /> 23. LEAD-BASED PAINT. The use of lead-based paint is prohibited. In the <br />event lead-based paint is found on residential property, appropriate abatement <br />procedures may be required by City. <br /> <br /> 24. NOTICES.
