<br />r, <br /> <br />(j) <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that there be and <br /> <br />there is hereby ap[;roIJria ted and allocated from any money in the General <br /> <br />Fund of said city not now budgeted or allocated for any other purpose, the <br /> <br />sum of $15,000 for the purchase of the following described real property <br /> <br />belonging to the Valley and Coast Warehouse Company, a corporation, upon <br /> <br />which the city now holds an option to purchase which expires July 1, 1938, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot numbered six (6) as shovvn on that cert,ain map entitled ffMap of <br />certain lands belonging to Redwood City Harbor Company in San Mateo County, <br />Calif." filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County <br />September 23, 1921 in Book 10 of Maps at pages 45 and 46. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM so much thereof, as conveyed by Redwood City <br />Harbor Company, a corporation, to Southern Pacific Railroad Company, a <br />corporation, by Deed recorded May 8, 1924 in Book 117 of Official Records <br />at page 62 thereof, said property so conveyed being the Northwesterly and <br />Northerly 48. 5 feet of that certain strip of land 80 feet in width as ShOVlll <br />on said map. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a <br /> <br />regular,! meeting thereof held on the-R~day of June, 1937, by the follow- <br /> <br />ing vote: <br /> <br />Ayes and in feevoI' of the passage of the foregoing resoluti.on, <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />L.
