<br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that there be and <br /> <br />there is hereby appropriated and allocated from any money in the General Fund <br /> <br />of said city not now budgeted or allocated for any other purpose the sum of <br />$40,000 for the purpose of paying the running expenses of the City of Redwood <br />City for the months of July, August, September and October of the fiscal year <br />1937-1938. This allocation is made for the reason that the taxes for the <br /> <br />fiscal year 1937-1938 will not be coming into the hands of the city until <br /> <br />the month of November and it is necessary for the city to pay its running <br /> <br />expenses including the salaries of officials and employees during the first <br /> <br />four months of each fiscal year. <br />~ <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a <br /> <br />regular meeting thereof held on the---1th_~day of June, 1937, by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes and in favor of trle passage of the foregoing resolution, <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />k~,__~hl:W~.M...en ___, _J.
