We are extremely upset that you are going to let build eight 3 story <br />townhouses 20 feet from my front door and 10 feet from my fence. I cannot believe that you <br />made variances to let them build 10 feet from the fence and 34 feet high. We will have no <br />sunlight, loud reverberation noise, termite problems from taking down the old house (needs to be <br />tented prior to demolition. I also will not stand for them to work from 7 am to 8 pm Monday thru <br />Friday. Maybe 12 units in the 1.5 acres and no three story buildings. At lease 20 feet from the <br />fence to start building. If I have to hire Joe Carcionne or Rearden to handle our case we have no <br />problem doing this to stop you from all of this mess. What about green (solar, trees etc. I will not <br />pay for their storm drains as stated in the impact study. 1 am so irritated with the gall of Vera and <br />her husband trying to push this through just for the money. I know this is why the city wants it <br />because jobs will be saved from all the revenue coming on from this project. <br /> <br />But what about the homeowners that has to put up with this we will have our home values <br />lowered and we were going to sell this summer.
