<br />Council Utilities Committee - Pilot Street <br />Cleaning Report <br /> <br /> <br />01/29/09: Limited number of cars <br />remained on the street <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Recommendations <br /> <br />· Staff recommends continuing the street cleaning <br />pilot program along Marshall Street and Douglas <br />Avenue because the street sweeping improves the <br />cleanliness and appearance of both streets: <br />· Without the parking restrictions, Douglas cannot be <br />cleaned.
