Finding: The Right of Way Maintenance Division of <br />Public Works Services assessed the usefulness of trash <br />receptacle placement along Marshall Street - Based on <br />similar experience elsewhere in the City - Trash cans <br />placed on sidewalks can lead to illegal dumping and <br />increased volume of trash <br /> <br />. Did communicate with target businesses <br />.
