<br />· Revisions to plan since Planning Commission approval: <br /> <br />- Eliminate balconies from rear of units 11-15 (facing Kentfield <br />Manor). <br />- Relocated balconies on units 12 & 14 to front elevation. <br />- Proposed continuing cypress screening trees between Kentfield <br />Manor and proposed townhouses. <br />- Added 6 parking spaces in reserve for guest parking meeting zoning <br />requirements. <br />- Moved unit 4 - two feet further from rear property line. <br />- Redesigned units 20 & 21 to provide 20 ft driveway from property <br />line. <br /> <br />- Revised open space area calculations per revisions to plan. <br />
