Assist the city with the advertiselbidlaward process <br />. Limited bid & construction support will be provided on an as-needed basis at <br />the current contract billing rates until the funded budget is depleted <br />. Provide As-Built Plans <br /> <br />WORK NOT INCLUDED <br /> <br />The following items of work are 1I0t included in this extra work proposal: <br /> <br />· Completion of any portion of design for plans, specifications, or cost estimate <br />for the portion of City of Belmont's bike path work to be included with the <br />Landscaping PS&E <br />· Additional approval processing for Encroachment Permit with Caltrans <br /> <br />FEE ESTIMATE <br /> <br />OUt' estimated fee to complete this additional work is $33,900 as detailed in Attachment A. <br />All work would be done on a time and materials basis not to exceed the estimated fee without <br />prior authorization from the City. <br /> <br />We look forward 10 continuing to work with you and the City on this very important project <br />and appreciate the opportunity to submit this proposal.
