~~ RESOLUTION DECLARING NUIS~NCE_NO~ 1939-2 RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that whereas certain weeds are growing in the City of Redwood City upon all of the side- v{alks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways in said ci ty and upon all the lots and property in said city, whicrr weeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a wingy or do~my nature and will attain such large growth as to become a fire menance when dry; and whereas said weeds con- stitute a public nuisance, NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said weeds do now constitute and will continue to constitute a public nuisance and it is' hereby ordered that the public nuisance be abated in the maIDler provided by Ordinance No. 333 of the City of Redwood City, passed and adopted on the 14th day of March, 1932, which ordinance is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which reference is hereby made and the same is made a part hereof. The sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways upon whi.ch, and the lots and property upon which such nuisance exists, are all the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways and all the lots and property in said City of Redwood City and all the lots and property fronting upon the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boule- vards and highways in said City of Redwood City. The Superintendent of streets of the City of Redwood City is. here- by directed to give the notice required by said ordinance, and he shall cause said notices to be immediately posted in front of the property, as designated in this resolution.
