17, 1908, in Book 6 of Maps at Page 21, in the Recorder's office, San Mateo County, State of California; thence from said point of beginning along said/southeast line of Lin- coln Avenue south 44030' west 148.47 feet to the end there- of as shown on said map; thence leaving said southeast line of Lincoln Avenue and running along the southwest line thereof north 45027' west a distance of 60 feet as shovm on said map; thence leaving said southwest line of Lincon Avenue and running along the northwest line thereof north 44030' east a distance of 148.47 feet to an intersection with the southwest line of said Gerwin Avenue (now known as Hudson Street); thence southeasterly across said Lin- coln Avenue south 45027' east 60 feet to the point of be- ginning. And said Council of the City of Redwood City does hereby de- terrnine and declare that it is unnecessary to take any lands for the work of closing the hereinbefore mentioned property and that it is unnecessary to levy any assessment to provide for the closing thereof. Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of April, 1939, by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the foregoing resolution, CounCilmen, H.
