Yamamoto, City Attorney <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Closed Session - Personnel [Gov't. Code S54957] <br /> <br />Performance evaluation of City Clerk, Silvia Vonderlinden (6:00pm) <br />Performance evaluation of City Manager, Peter Ingram (7:00pm) <br /> <br />A closed session will be held on June 8, 2009, for the purpose of considering the above- <br />described matter. [Gov't. Code S54957. 1] <br /> <br />Any action taken by the City Council to appoint, employ, dismiss, accept the resignation of, <br />change the compensation of or otherwise affect the employment status of a public employee <br />shall be disclosed immediately following this closed session; provided, however, that the <br />dismissal or nonrenewal of an employment contract shall be deferred until the first public <br />meeting following the exhaustion of administrative remedies, if any.
