<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Itemized List of what Consultant will do for City and at what price and schedule. <br /> <br />Obiective- To provide an acceptable, consistent level and quality of sound for each of the <br />concert series. <br /> <br />Sound Check- is to be completed one half hour prior (5:30pm) to scheduled start time. <br /> <br />Customer Service - ability to represent the City of Redwood City in a positive, professional <br />manner and work in coordination with Recreation staff, Concert Committee volunteers, band <br />members, and the general public by providing communication, problem solving, trouble shooting <br />and cooperation. <br /> <br />Authoritv- City of Redwood City staff have full rights to make final onsite decisions in regards to <br />sound levels and position of mixer board within the crowd. <br /> <br />Pavment- Will be made in 4 installments outlined below- <br />1 st_ June 26th - $3,600.00 <br />2nd_ June 31st - $2,880.00 <br />3rd_ August 28th - $2,880.00 <br />4th_ September 25th - $3,600.00 <br /> <br />Thor Audio Solutions to provide audio support Downtown WOW! Music on The Square Redwood City <br />Concert Series 2009. This includes 2 audio engineers, one for the Front of House mix and one dedicated <br />to Monitors. The system will be a high end, professional quality 3 - 4 way system with 6 main speakers, 2 <br />double 18" subs and 8 monitor mixes. 32 channels with a back up board on site for Front of House and <br />Monitors.
