PRELIMINARY DATA NEEDS <br /> <br />In preparing a budget and time line, we presume that the following data are available from you <br />at the commencement of the assignment: <br /> <br />Existing R&D Use Information <br />1. List of APNs; <br />2. List of Businesses; <br />3. SIC code of each business; <br />4. Approximate square footage, gross receipts, receipts subject to sales and use taxes, payroll, <br />and full-time equivalent employment figures for each business; <br />5. Utility user fees paid by business; <br />6. Number of police and fire calls over the past year; <br />7. Any specific services provided by the City. <br /> <br />Stanford Information <br /> <br />1. Detailed Land use Plan; <br /> <br />2. Number of existing employees by job classification to be transferred to Redwood City <br />Facility; average salary by job classification for transfer employees; <br /> <br />3. For each component - estimate of gross receipts, receipts subject to sales and use taxes, <br />full-time equivalent employment figures, payroll, number of employees by job classification, <br />average salary by job classification; <br /> <br />4. The housing I nexus analysis can be completed using published sources on employee <br />compensation; however, if Stanford would prefer to provide its own data on employee <br />compensation levels, KMA will provide a separate data request for that information; <br /> <br />5. Projected utility usage by use; <br /> <br />6. On..site security program; <br /> <br />7. Development cost estimates for each component of the project, to the extent available; <br /> <br />8. Anticipated construction period/absorption period for each component of the project for each <br />alternative; <br /> <br />9. Any child care demand forecasts generated by Stanford or information on demand for child <br />care at other Stanford employment centers, to the extent available; <br /> <br />10.
