<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The following Scope of Goods/Services is to be provided to the City by the Contractor <br />under this Agreement: <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR MARINE SERVICES <br />(Enterprise Marine Company Inc.) <br /> <br />The Contractor's proposal dated March 3, 2009, which includes the work outlined in <br />Estimates #5 and #6 dated April 1 ,2009, is incorporated by this reference. This Scope <br />of Services shall not include the removal of a steel mooring located across from the <br />West Point Marina that is referenced in the Contractor's proposal.
