<br />r . <br /> <br />'1... <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that said City <br /> <br />accept the conditians set forth in a revocable permit granted by the <br /> <br />Federal Public Building A.dministration under date of August 15, 1940, to <br />the City of Redwood City to use for street and sidewalk purposes a strip <br />of land ten feet five inches in width along the entire frontage of the <br /> <br />Post Office site in Redwood City. <br /> <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City that the City Manager of said City is authorized to sign on behalf <br /> <br />of said City the assenting to the conditions contained in said revocable <br /> <br />permit. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a <br />meeting thereof held on the 14th day of October, 1940, by the following <br /> <br />vote: <br /> <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br /> <br />Councilmen L.COoChristensen <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />HOo Tv".
