.. @ RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the City Hall of said Ci ty shall be used for regular and special meeting s of the following boards, commissions and bodies, to-wit: 1. Redwood City Council 2. Redwood City Planning Commission 3. Redwood City Port Commission 4. Redwood City Park a.nd Recreation Commission 5. Such other municipal agenc,ies and commissions of the City of Redwood City which may now exist or may hereafter be created by virtue of the authority of the Charter or action of the City Council. AND BE IT FURTPillR RESOLVED that occasional meetings be permitted at the City Hall upon application and approval of the City Manager without approval of the City Council of the following groups: 1. state Board of Equaliz&tionJ 2. state Industrial Accident Commission 3. state Railroad Commission 4. All other State, Federal or Municipal commissions of a purely non-political nature, judicial:Jr administrative and non-profit. AND BE l~ FJh1HEh RES~LVED that permission for the use of the City Hall for other occasional meeti~lgs shall be limited in addition to the foregoing, to organizations of a lJurely civic, non-profi t and non-poli tical nature and character, such as: The American Red Cross, Boy Scouts of America, Cham~er of_Commerce, San Francisco Peninsula, Inc. , Community Chest] Veteran Groups, and other similar organizations, which organizations shall make written application to the City Council to secure a permit for such occasional meetings.
