<br />.. <br /> <br /> <br />@ <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the City <br /> <br />Hall of said Ci ty shall be used for regular and special meeting s of the <br /> <br />following boards, commissions and bodies, to-wit: <br /> <br />1. Redwood City Council <br />2. Redwood City Planning Commission <br />3. Redwood City Port Commission <br />4. Redwood City Park a.nd Recreation Commission <br />5. Such other municipal agenc,ies and commissions of the City of <br />Redwood City which may now exist or may hereafter be created by virtue of <br />the authority of the Charter or action of the City Council. <br /> <br />AND BE IT FURTPillR RESOLVED that occasional meetings be permitted <br /> <br />at the City Hall upon application and approval of the City Manager without <br />approval of the City Council of the following groups: <br /> <br />1. state Board of Equaliz&tionJ <br />2. state Industrial Accident Commission <br />3. state Railroad Commission <br />4. All other State, Federal or Municipal commissions of a purely <br />non-political nature, judicial:Jr administrative and non-profit. <br /> <br />AND BE l~ FJh1HEh RES~LVED that permission for the use of the City <br /> <br />Hall for other occasional meeti~lgs shall be limited in addition to the <br /> <br />foregoing, to organizations of a lJurely civic, non-profi t and non-poli tical <br /> <br />nature and character, such as: The American Red Cross, Boy Scouts of <br /> <br />America, Cham~er of_Commerce, San Francisco Peninsula, Inc. , Community Chest] <br /> <br />Veteran Groups, and other similar organizations, which organizations shall <br /> <br />make written application to the City Council to secure a permit for such <br /> <br />occasional meetings. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a <br /> <br />regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of November, 1940, by the <br />follovdng vote: <br /> <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br /> <br />Councilmen L.C.
