The various lots and parcels of land described above are shown upon the maps of the various subdivisions named above of record in the RecorderTs office of the County of San Mateo, State of California. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that said property be and the same is ~ereby ordered sold at private sale by the City Collector after notice of intended sale shall have been published once a week for three (3) successive weeks in the Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation, published in said City of Redwood City, and after a copy of said notice shall have been mailed to the party to whom each of said parcels was assessed on the last assessment roll of said City nearest before the date of sale, postage prepaid and registered, at his last post office address at least tvventy-one (21) days before the date of said intended sale. Said notice shall contain the time and place of said intended sale, a description of the property to be sold, sufficient for identification, the smallest sum which said City will accept for said property, together with a statement that if redemption of said property is not effected according to law, prior to said date of sale, that all right of redemption shall cease. At the time and place fixed for said intended sale, if no redemption of said property to be sold has been effected according to law all right of redemption shall cease and the City Collector shall sell said property at private sale at the time fixed therefor, or at any time not more thlli1 three (3) months thereafter. And said Council furthor determines and fixed the time and place for the sale of said property above descri8ed to be on the 12th day of November, 1941, at the hour of 10 aT clock A.M. of said day at the office of the City Collector in the City Hall on Middlefield Road between Main Street and Jefferson Avenue in said Citv of Redwood Cttv.
