Overtime for laborers at the rate of time and one half for the first <br />four hours, after first eight, and between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. All <br />time thereafter double time. <br /> <br />Working time for tractor drivers and engineers shall be reckoned <br />by the half day and full day. Overtime at the rate of double time after <br />eight hours, also on all holidays, when on road or street construction. <br /> <br />Work time for all other crafts shall be reckoned by the half day <br />and full day except in case of inclement weather or incompetence when <br />time shall be reckoned by the hour. Overtime for all other crafts to be <br />one and one-half times the rates hereinabove described. <br /> <br />Overtime for cement finishers double the regular rate. <br /> <br />Overtime shall be reckoned by the hour or half hour except as <br />otherwise noted. <br /> <br />Men ordered to report for work for whom no emploj~ent is provided <br />shall be paid for two hours work at the rate applying to the job. <br /> <br />All foremen shall receive $1.00 per day minimum above the highest <br />rate paid laborers over whom they have supervision. <br /> <br />The foregoing schedule of per diem wages is based upon a working <br />day of eight hours except as otherwise noted. <br /> <br />The hourly wage rate prescribed hereinabove is the per diem rate <br />divided by the aforementioned number of hours constituting a working day. <br /> <br />The above schedule of wage rates is the general prevailing rate <br />of per diem wages for work of a similar character ih the locality in which <br />the work described above is to be performed. <br /> <br />Rates for legal holidays, Saturdays and Sundays shall be double <br />the hereinbefore described rates. Holidays falling on Sunday shall be <br />observed on th~ following Monday. <br /> <br />Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor <br />Day, Admission Day, Armistice Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
