RESOLUTION DECLARING NUISANCE NO. 1942-1 RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that Whereas certain weeds are growing in the City of Redwood City upon all of the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways in said City and upon all the lots and property in said City, vU1ich weeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a lNingy or downy nature and will attain such large growth as to become a fire menace Vllhen dry; and Whereas said weeds constitute a public nuisance, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said weeds to now constitute and will continue to constitute a public nuisance and it is hereby ordered that the said public nuisance be abated in the manner prOVided by Ordinance No. 333 of the City of Redwood City, passed and adopted on the 14th day of March, 1932, which Ordinance is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which ordinance reference is hereby made and the same is made a part hereof. The sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways upon 'Nhich, and the lots and propert~j upon which such nuisance exists, are all the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways and all the lots and property in said City of Redwood City and all the lots and property fronting upon all the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways in said City of Redwood City. The Superintendent of Streets of the City of Redwood City is hereby directed to give the notice reqUired by said ordinance, and he shall cause to be immediately posted in front of the property, as deSignated in this resolution. And Monday, the 5th day of April, 1942, at the hour of 8 olclock P.M. of said day, at the meeting place of said Council of the City of Redwood City, in the Council Chamber in the City Hall on Middlefield Road
