5/21/01 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14233 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />MADDUX PARK PLAY AREA RENOVATION; AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Maddux Park Play Area <br />Renovation in the City of Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />Maddux Park Play Area Renovation - City of Redwood City, California ", prepared <br />by the Department of Community Development Services /Engineering and <br />Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office of the Manager, <br />Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br />2.
