<br />RESOLUTION NO. p_ 2053, <br /> <br />CC(Q)W>>Y <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE <br />IN RA rES FOR MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES, SECURITY FEES <br />AND LINE HANDLING <br />(TERMINAL TARIFF No.8) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 47f of the Charter of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />provides that it shall be the duty of the Board of Port Commissioners to fix rates, <br /> <br />dockage, wharfage and other charges for the use and occupation of the public <br /> <br />facilities or appliances of the Port of Redwood City, and for services rendered by <br /> <br />said Port; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board approved a resolution adopting a schedule of <br /> <br />tariffs and related rules and regulations for the Port of Redwood City on June 25, <br /> <br />2008, as evidenced by Resolution No. P-2013; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to increase the rates for miscellaneous <br /> <br />charges. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Tariff No. 8 of the Port of Redwood City, as adopted June 25, 2008, <br /> <br />shall be, and the same is hereby, amended by the adoption of the revisions to <br />
