P- 1404 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR YACHT HARBOR DREDGING AND <br />REHABILITATION PROJECT; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF <br />SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. P-14 02, adopted April <br /> <br />28, 1993 , the Port Manager advertised for bids for the Yacht <br /> <br />Harbor Dredging and Rehabilitation Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, three bids were <br /> <br />received tor the performance of said work and filed with the Port <br /> <br />Manager; and <br />WHEREAS, Lucas Marine Construction, Inc. , of Clarksburg <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the <br /> <br />intention and desire of this Commission to award said bid to Lucas <br /> <br />Marine Construction, Inc. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
