P.-1405 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 1993. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement (C.G. Uhlenberg & Company letter <br />of agreement dated February 10, 1993) by and between C.G. <br />Uhlenberg & Company, and the City of Redwood City, acting by <br />and through its Board of Port Commissioners, providing for <br />the performance by said Accountants of professional auditing <br />services for the Port Department for the Fiscal Year ending <br />June 30, 1993, a copy of which agreement 'is presently on <br />file in the office of the Port Manager to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br />terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />President of the Board of Port Commissioners and the Port <br />Executive Director are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute the same on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />Regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Port <br />Commissioners of Redwood City, this 9th day of June <br />1993, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES, Bennett, Castle, Dodge, Small, Smith <br /> <br />NOES, None <br /> <br />ABSENT, COMMISSIONERS None <br />~ f) <br />
