C-~{ 1 9 / 9 3 ( 0 0 6 / 3 5 ) <br />m':., ._ -...l 2 3 / 9 3 R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. p_l406 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE YACHT <br />HARBOR DOCK REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />(URS CONSULTANTS, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, acting by and through its <br /> <br />Board of Port Commissioners, requires. engineering services for the <br /> <br />Yacht Harbor Dredging and Rehabilitation Project at the Port of <br /> <br />Redwood City, City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, URS Consultants, <br /> <br />Inc., represents that it is <br /> <br />qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform the <br /> <br />unique aforesaid services required for the Project; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Engineering <br /> <br />Services for Yacht Harbor Dock Replacement proj ect", (form dated <br /> <br />6/17/93) hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City, acting by and through its Board <br /> <br />of Port Commissioners, and URS Consultants, Inc., of Portland, <br /> <br />Oregon, for the performance of said services, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the Port Manager, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />
