P-1408 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE YACHT <br />HARBOR DOCK REPLACEIvIENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING AND <br />DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Yacht Harbor Dock <br /> <br />Replacement Proj ect at the Port of Redwood City, Redwood City <br /> <br />California, have been presented to and reviewed by the Board of <br /> <br />Port Commissioners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize and direct the Port Manager to advertise for bids <br />for the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COIvll1ISSIONERS OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Th-ose certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> <br />Documents for the Yacht Harbor Dock Replacement Project, Port of <br /> <br />Redwood City, Redwood City, California", which documents are on <br /> <br />file in the office of the Port Manager are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
