P-88 6 (TARIFF <br />NO.7) TO CHANGE CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF SAID TARIFF <br />NO. 7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board has previously enacted Resolution P-886 <br /> <br />(Tariff No.7) to reg111ate the use of the Port Marina; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board intends to set rates for electrical <br /> <br />charges to be paid by berth permit holders. <br /> <br />BE IT- RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT. COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Resolution No. P-886 (Tariff No.7), adopted March 29, <br /> <br />1979, and effective April 1, 1979, shall be, and the same is, <br /> <br />hereby amended by adopt"ion of the matters set forth on the pages <br /> <br />attached hereto and hereby made a part of this resolution, which <br /> <br />page is designated "Original Page 7B". <br /> <br />2 . The above-mentioned Tariff No. 7 shall be changed by <br /> <br />inserting therein the page attached hereto, listed herein and <br /> <br />made a part hereof: <br /> <br />Insert original Page 7B <br /> <br />3. The amendments made hereby shall be effective on and <br /> <br />after the date specified in the attachments hereto. <br /> <br />4. Any and all resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict <br />
