That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />11/04/93), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California, acting by and through its <br /> <br />Board of Port Commissioners and Haviside-Heastings, Inc., a copy <br /> <br />of which agreement is on file in the Office of the Port Manager, <br /> <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the President and Secretary of <br /> <br />this Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the Port of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br /> <br />Haviside-Heastings, Inc., are hereby waived. <br /> <br />4.
