Copy Resolved by the Council of the City of Redwood City that whereas .L. M. DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the said City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, post a notice to abate nuisance upon the hereinafter described real property and did send copy of said notice, so posted, by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the owners of said hereinafter described real property, as said owners are listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City of Redwood City; and WHE~RE~S, in and by said notice to ahate nuisance said Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday, the 15th day of June, 1942, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day at the Council Chamber in the City Hall on Middlefield Road in said City of Redwood City, at the time and place when the owners of the buildings situated upon said hereinafter described real property could appear and be heard and show cause why said buildings should not be condemned as a public nuisance and abated by reconstructing or properly repairing said build- ing or by razing or removing the same; and WHEREAS, said Coun cil did proceed wi th said hearing and after considering all objections made and received does determine that due and legal notice of said hearing was given as required by the ordinances. of the City of Redwood City as appears from the affidavit of L.M.DUNCAN on file in the office of the City Clerk. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City and said Council does hereby declare the buildings or structures situated upon the hereinafter described real property to be a public nuisance and does hereby direct the owners to abate said nuisance within thirty (30) days.from the passage of this resolution, by.having said buildings razed or removed, and if said buildings are not so abated by the owners the Building..Inspector of the Oi ty of Redwood Ci ty is hereby ordered and directed to raze or removed said buildings and that
