<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />~, <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the, Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City that, effective. on November 23, 1942 and thereafter, <br /> <br />RALPH S. DODGE, as City Clerk and Treasurer of the City <br />of Redwood City, be and he is hereby authorized, in con- <br />junction with Robert W. Mead, as City Manager of said City, <br />to sign all warrants and/or checks for the payment of City <br /> <br />moneys; that this resolution supersede~ all former resolu- <br /> <br />tions on this subject including that adopted on July 28, <br /> <br />1942. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 16th <br /> <br />day of November, 1942, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing <br /> <br />re'solution: <br /> <br />Councilmen: H.
