General Liabi�ity lnsurance and Automobile <br /> Liabifity Insurance, Ci#y, its officers, agents, �olunteers and employees wi11 <br /> be named as additional insureds. <br /> 11.2.2 Consul�ant will obtain occurrence co�erage, excluding Professional <br /> �iability, which will be written as claims-made co�erage. <br /> 11.2.3 This insurance will be in �orce during the life of the Agreement and <br /> any extensions of it and will not be canceled without thirty (30} days prior <br /> written notice to City sent pursuant to the Not�ce provisions of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> '!'!.3 Providing Certificates of lnsurance and Endorsements. Priorto City's <br /> execution of this Agreement, Consul#ant wi11 furnish certificates of insurance and <br /> endorsements to City. <br /> 11.4 Failure to Maintain Co�eraqe. If Consul�ant fails to maintain any of these <br /> insurance coverages, then City wil! have fihe option to declare Consultant in <br /> breach, or may purchase replacement insurance or pay the premiums that are <br /> due on existing policies in order to maintain the required coverages.
