'15.29. Enforcement: <br /> (a) Enforcement af Applicable �aw. lf an agent or employee of the tobacco <br /> retaifer violates any pro�isions of this chapter or any federa! or state <br /> tobacco relafed law, the tobacco retailer shal! immediateiy report the <br /> violation to the En��ronmental Nea[th Div�sivn. <br /> (b) Au#horization af Enforcement By San Ma#eo County Personnel. The <br /> County of San Mateo, its officers, employees and agents are hereby <br /> authorized to enforce this ordinance on be�alf of the city, within the <br /> jurisdiction areas of this ciiy. Such enforcement authority includes, but is <br /> not limited to, #he coiiection of fees and fnes, expending such revenue in <br /> the enforcement of the tobacco retailer requirements, hoiding hearings, <br /> suspending perm�ts and issuing administrative fines. <br /> SECTlQN 2.
