Assist in securing a marke.#-rate for-sale residential project for the <br /> downtvwn. <br /> 3. Complete environmental work, reaffirm project program and scope, and <br /> select a developer for the Bradford Street Project. <br /> 4. Con#inue to accumuiate funds in a "Landbanking/Gap Financing" account to <br /> be used to acquire land for andlor subsidize construction of fu#ure affordable <br /> housing si�es. <br /> 5. Complete construction of the Cedar Street Project. <br /> 6. Lead �he public outreach and decision-making pracess to determine the <br /> best way to develop the Heller St. property. <br /> 7.
