The proposed menu <br /> items include tapioca drinks, Asian teas, soft drinks, slush, beer and wine, and Asian <br /> foad. Staff representing Engineering and Construction, Building and Inspection, <br /> Planning, Redevelopment, Ho�sing and Economic Development divisions reviewed �he <br /> business pian and interviewed Ms. Yeh and her business partner, Fernando Wong. A!! <br /> of the prelim�nary requirements have been met, including proof of funds a�ailable for <br /> the tenant impro�emen�s and prel�minary appro�al for food service operation from the <br /> San Mateo County Heal�h Deparfiment. Upon appro�al of the lease and license <br /> agreements, the anticipated opening date of "Hidden Dragan Tea House" is September <br /> 1, 2009. <br /> HD Food Service, inc. �ease <br /> ND Food Service, Inc. proposes to operate a food ser�ice within Lease Area 1A located <br /> near the comer of Broadway and Middiefield in Caurthvuse Square as shown in Exhibit <br /> A.
