SECURITY MEASURES <br /> �7.1 �essee hereby acknowledges that the rent payable to Agency hereunder does <br /> not include �he cost of guard service or other security measures, and that Agency <br /> sha!! have no obligation whatsoever to pra�ide same. Lessee assumes all <br /> responsibility for the protection of �essee, its agen�s and in�itees from acts of <br /> third parties, and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agency for claims <br /> refated to failure to provide security. Any provision of securifiy services provided <br /> by Agency shall not constitut�acceptance of liability for acts on the Premises. <br /> '18. LC1C KS <br /> 18.1 If Lessee adds or changes locks to its assigned Concession space, 1.essor shall <br /> be given copies of a[i manufactured keys. ��ssee shall noti�fy �essor of its inten# <br /> or action to change locks within forty-eight 448} hours of such intent or ac#ion. <br /> �essar shafl at all times have the necessary keys th�� enab�e access ta the <br /> lessee's assigned Concession space. <br /> 19. ASSIGNMENT <br /> �9.1 Lessor's Consent Requ�red. Lessee may not assign its rights under the Lease, <br /> nor any interest therein, and sha[I not encumber the Premises or any part <br /> thereof, nor any righ# or privi(ege appur�enan# thereto, nor allow or permit arty <br /> other person{s� to occupy or use the Premises, or any por�ion thereof, without <br /> Lessor's prior written approval, which shall be in the sole discretion of Lessor. <br /> Consen# by �essor to one assignment, occupa#ion or use by another person shail <br /> not be deemed to be cQnsent to any subsequent assignmer�t, occupation or use <br /> by another person. <br /> �t is agreed that �essor wil! not be acting unreasonably in refusing to consent �o <br /> an assignment or sublease if, in Lessor's opinion, the quali�Ey of the <br /> merchandising operation of the proposed assignee or subiessee is not equai to <br /> or better #han that of the Lessee, or if the net wo�th of such assignee or <br /> sublessee is less#han that of Lessee. <br /> No assignment or encumbrance by Lessee shall release it from or in any way <br /> � alter any of Lessee's obligations under this Lease. Lessee shall not ha�e the <br /> Premises delivered to a subsidiary comp�ny vf Lessee, and such arrangement <br /> shall in no way alter �essee's responsibili#ies hereunder with respect to the <br /> Premises. Any assignment, encumbrances, occupation or use contrary to the <br /> provisions of this Lease sha[l be void and shall consfiitute breach of this Lease. <br /> Lessor may assign any of its rights hereunder without notice to Lessee, or�essor <br /> r�ay terr�inate this Agreemert.
