Professional service agreement with V&A Consulting Engineers, Inc. in the amount <br />of $139,400.00 for corrosion engineering services for the Seaport Boulevard - <br />Water Transmission Pipelines Cathodic Protection Project. <br /> <br />Staff contact: Javier Sierra, Associate Civil Engineer 780-7364 jsierra@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, the professional services agreement with V&A Consulting <br />Engineers, Inc. to provide pipeline evaluation and cathodic protection system <br />design for Seaport Boulevard water main transmission pipelines in an amount not <br />to exceed $139,400.00 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount up to 10% if necessary. <br /> <br />E. Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with T JKM Transportation <br />Consultants for a Citywide traffic model. <br /> <br />Staff contact: S. Award of Contract - Redwood City Recycled Water Project - Phase I - Redwood <br />Shores Customer Site Retrofits - Bid Package 3. <br /> <br />Staff contact: Phong Du, P.E., Senior Civil Engineer 780-7385 pdu@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve the Contract Documents and award the Contract for Redwood <br />City Recycled Water Project - Phase I - Redwood Shores Customer Site Retrofits <br />- Bid Package 3 Project to the lowest responsible bidder, ValleyCrest Landscape <br />Maintenance, Inc. of San Jose, California, for their responsive and responsible low <br />bid of $211,483.00 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount up to 100/0 if necessary. <br /> <br />G. Award of Contract - Parking Lot Resurfacing Project. <br /> <br />Staff contact: M.
