<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />FIXING CHARGE FOR REPORT ON CITY TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS: <br /> <br />RESOlVED by the City Counoil of the City of Redwood <br />City that, effective August , 1943 and thereafter, the <br />City Collector be and 1s hereby authorized to furnish any title <br />insurance or title abstract companies reports concerning taxes <br />and assessments by this city which appear to be liens upon <br />any lot or parcel of land within said city including taxes and <br />assessments and liens for improvement bonds; that such report <br />be made on forms furnished by such title companies or abstract <br />companies as request such i!1formation; provided that information <br />be furnished to said City Collector as to the legal description <br />of the property and information as to the series and numbers <br />of all public improvement bonds and all special assessments <br />known to such title company or abstract company, and that a <br />charge of ONE ($1000) DOLLAR for each such report be collected <br />by said City Officer at least monthly from each person or <br />company to whom such information is regularly furnished; pro- <br />vided further that no liability shall be incurred by said City <br />collector, personally or officially, or by said city, for any <br />error or omission in any such report; <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the council of the City of <br />Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of <br />August, 1943, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing <br />resolution: <br />
