property to be a pu"blic nuisance and does hereby direct the owne:r.l, to abate said nuisance within thirty (30)'days from the passage of this resolution, by having said building razed or removed, and if said building is not so abated by the owners the Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to raze or remove said building and that the expenses thereof be made a lien on the lot or parcel of land from which said building or structure is removed and which is hereinafter described. The real property referred to herein upon which the building or structure hereinbefore mentioned is to be removed, is described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Broadway, distant thereon 60 feet easterly from the easterly line' of Jefferson Avenue; running thence easterly 30 feet, more or less, by a uniform depth northerly of 100 feet at a right angle; BEING a part of Lots 1 and 2 of Mezesvi1le, as shown and delineated on a map thereof entitled, "Town of Mezesville", whieh was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on August 1, 1856, in Book 1 of Maps, at page 79.
